any packages that include accommodations will be responsible for providing their own credit card or deposit for incidental damages.... not to us, to the venue... just like every other hotel you have ever stayed in
check-in times will depend on the policies of the venue and may be staggered in groups in order to accommodate a smoother and faster check-in.

unless you are bringing your own, you're in the wrong place, our events are usually about 1500 miles away from the Waldorf Astoria and over 6000 from Buckingham Palace
what is your definition of nearby? for that matter, what kind of store are you looking for? most of our events are remote, and often the random small gas station/ convenience store are the only close options. your best bet is to shop ahead of time and bring any special needs you might have with you. remember you are going upta camp!

depends on the venue or event, but it's better to be prepared. think of this as the annual winter hunting trip and prepare to be self-sustained, if the venue happens to have them, BONUS!
we aim to partner with venues that can offer a wide variety of accommodation packages from cabins, to luxury glamping sites, to tent sites... showers depend on the package but there will always be a place to wash the crack of your ass if needed
we LOVE all fur-babies but only registered service animals are permitted and only with documentation. hey! don't blame us, talk to the insurance industry about the STUPID premium increase associated with allowing dogs in any event

getting to the event late is okay as long as you contact us, email is fine, but we need to able to make arrangements for check in and to get you your ID
all camp ruderalis events are members only events, most packages include your membership but all members wear ID onsite so staff can keep all random creepers and unwanted people away

it depends on the venue but camp ruderalis will try to make a designated smoking area when possible. don't be a douche bag, properly dispose of ALL your butts, that's just disgusting to think we would want to pick them up for you

yes, we require attendees to sign a waiver when they receive their event badge. depending on the package you may also be required to sign the standard room damage waiver for the cabin/room/glamping accommodations you have.
these are adult, outdoor events; we are not accepting responsibility for someone tripping on a tree branch
only if you're a millennial, have a manbun, drive a Prius or any combination of these three things
this will vary by day and will depend on the kitchen, listen for the dinner bell!! but most meals will be laid out in general time frames in the event itinerary
yes, this is a 21+ event. alcohol is permitted and, in some packages, or circumstances included.
consume responsibly, we have no problem sending people to their rooms or even asking them to leave, we aren't babysitters

please make sure you want the package and are able to attend the event dates. shit happens and we understand but soon after you pay, we secure your package, we place an order for your badge, etc. to ensure you have everything waiting when you arrive. because of this, a percentage of your purchase will be non-refundable
the details of each events packages will be spelled out in your online purchase as they vary widely from event to event, PLEASE, print out your package itinerary if you have questions to be certain the information is included.

these are camp events; you might be singing kumbaya by the campfire one minutes and the next you might be sitting in a workshop. bring a comfortable foldable camp chair
most venues will have either cell service or Wi-Fi, in the event we are hosting a very remote, off-grid function we will let you know in the email updates before each event
most venues will be accessible for emergency services, our staff has basic first aid and a limited first-aid kit, but any serious injury will be handled by local emergency services
the menu is published before the event and any meals that you cannot consume, we recommend you bring a suitable replacement. most menus are curated with some options for most restricted diets
